As of December 18, 2023, GammaWave Capital SCF is officially registered in the Italian Register of Financial Advisors  (Albo Unico dei Consulenti Finanziari), specifically in the section dedicated to Authorised Financial Advisory Firms (Società di Consulenza Finanziaria – SCF) (Resolution no. 2375 of the Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell’Albo Unico dei Consulenti Finanziari).

From the same date, Alberto Trombetta, Alberto Convento have been registered in the section of the Italian Register of Financial Advisors (Albo Unico dei Consulenti Finanziari) dedicated to independent financial advisors (Consulenti Finanziari Autonomi – CFA) (Resolution no. 2376 of the Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell’Albo Unico dei Consulenti Finanziari). As of July 10 , 2024, Matteo Colombo has been registered in the section of the Italian Register of Financial Advisors (Albo Unico dei Consulenti Finanziari) dedicated to independent financial advisors (Consulenti Finanziari Autonomi – CFA) (Resolution no. 2520 of the Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell’Albo Unico dei Consulenti Finanziari). As of October 28 , 2024, Andrea Azzimonti has been registered in the section of the Italian Register of Financial Advisors (Albo Unico dei Consulenti Finanziari) dedicated to independent financial advisors (Consulenti Finanziari Autonomi – CFA) (Resolution no. 2596 of the Organismo di vigilanza e tenuta dell’Albo Unico dei Consulenti Finanziari).

GammaWave Capital SCF joined the Arbitration for Financial Disputes (Arbitro per le Controversie Finanziarie) instituted by Consob.
GammaWave Capital SCF is also a member of ASSOSCF the Italian Association of Independent Financial Advisory Firms and ASCOFIND the Italian Association for Independent Financial Advice.
