Elizabeta began her career at a leading Tax and Law Firm in Milan in 2016 starting with an apprenticeship as a Chartered Accountant. Now she is enrolled with the Registers of Chartered Accountants and Auditors of Milan.

Over the years she has acquired solid skills in accounting, financial modelling, and valuations. She has gained experience in all phases of M&A transactions, from client engagement to due diligence, contract negotiation and closing.

Over the last 5 years Elizabeta has been involved in several M&A transactions, mainly in the energy sector.
Elizabeta holds a bachelor’s degree in Economy and Business Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan.
