Matilde began her professional career in the financial sector, gaining experience across asset management, corporate finance and investment analysis.

Prior to joining GammaWave Capital, she worked at Apeiron Management, where she focused on investment screening and financial due diligence, including company profiling, financial statement analysis and deal structuring. Earlier in her career, she worked at Helikon Investments, where she developed expertise in company valuation, equity research and financial modelling across a range of sectors. She also gained experience at Danone, supporting financial controlling activities, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, inventory and receivables analysis, and balance sheet forecasting.

Matilde holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. Her academic curriculum covered key areas including management accounting, business strategy, macroeconomics, mathematics and statistics.
