Founding and managing partner of CAP with over 25 years’ experience in in corporate advisory services, specifically on international taxation and corporate transactions, succession planning for business owners and HNWI, family office and corporate governance planning, property portfolio management, asset consolidation and on company structures such as holdings, trusts, foundations, partnerships, special statute LLC and other instruments of fiduciary holding of assets.

Massimo is co-founder of Project Value S.r.l., and Iconomics S.r.l. and a member of the boards of statutory auditors and BoD of major industrial, commercial and financial companies.

Massimo is also member of the trust commission and of the wealth planning commission of the ODCEC.

Massimo holds a degree in Economics with honours at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan and a master’s degrees in International Tax Law, Real Estate Taxation, Statutory Audit in SMEs, Financial Taxation, Wealth Planning and Wealth Management.

Massimo is enrolled on the Registers of Chartered Accountants and Auditors.
